What is a digital visiting card?
A one-page card for your business that opens on any phone from a link or QR code. Customers can call you, chat on WhatsApp, get directions and save your number in one tap. No app is needed.
Do I need a website or an app?
No. TapCardify is a single page we design and host for you. Customers just open the link.
How do I share my card?
Send the link on WhatsApp, add it to your Instagram or Facebook bio, or print the QR code we give you on bills, boards and packaging.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, business name, a one-line description, phone and WhatsApp numbers, email, address with your Google Maps pin, opening hours, social links, and photos of 4 to 8 products or services. We’ll tell you if anything is missing.
How long does it take?
We send you a preview within 48 hours of receiving all your details.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. You get two rounds of changes on the preview. After your card is live, each paid year includes two free change requests, such as a new phone number, a new address or a swapped photo. Bigger changes are quoted before we start.
When do I pay, and how much?
You pay only after you approve the preview, through a secure payment link. We’re running a launch offer for early customers. Order or message us and we’ll send you the price on WhatsApp.
Is there a yearly fee?
Yes. A yearly renewal keeps your card online. We’ll share the amount along with your price.
What happens if I don’t renew?
Your card goes offline at the end of the paid year. Renew within 60 days and we bring it back. After 60 days the card is deleted.
Can my card be on my own domain?
Yes. Ask us on WhatsApp and we’ll quote for it.
Does it come with an NFC card?
Not right now. Your card works through its link and QR code, so customers don’t need any special card or reader.
Does Save contact work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. We test it on both before your card goes live.
